Join the event in person at Saint Cloud State University or virtually online through Zoom. The exhibitor hall will open at 7:30 am and the program will begin at 9 am. After the program ends at approximately 12:40 pm, the exhibitor hall will open again and attendees can also enjoy a boxed lunch. (The virtual event will begin at 9 am and will end at approximately 12:40 pm.)

This event is for dementia caregivers, people living with dementia, people worried about dementia, medical professionals, social services, and dementia-related business workers.

What You Will Learn

November is National Caregiver Month, and this conference is devoted to caregiver health and sharing dementia-related businesses located in Minnesota. Meet these businesses in the exhibitor hall and learn how they help caregivers and families living with a loved one with dementia.

During the presentations and Q&A session attendees will learn about:

  • Local dementia-related businesses that support caregivers and their loved ones
  • How primary care providers can support caregivers
  • How medical care clinicians can begin to act on their patients’ caregiving health needs

Speakers

The conference will be moderated by Dr. Pat Zook MD, founder of D-CAN with keynote speaker Dr. Joseph E. Gaugler, Ph.D., from the University of Minnesota. Additional panel experts will include Dr. Tjaden, Jodi Danielson, Rachael Wenner, Melody Vachal, and others.

Registration Details

Registration is required for all attendees whether you plan to attend in person or virtually. A boxed lunch is available for those attending in person (if interested, please select a lunch on the ticket form). This event will be recorded and a playback link will be provided after the event.
