Long Prairie Caregiver Support Group – Dec 2023

Join us for a monthly support group in Long Prairie that meets the fourth Tuesday of each month from 2-3 pm. Come build a support system with people who understand what you are going through. Support groups are for all caregivers, family members, and friends, who are caring for someone with dementia. Share your concerns, questions, needs, and feelings in a safe environment.
