What About Me? A Caregiver’s Journey
Join us for this special seminar for caregivers from 10:30 am – 12:20 pm at the Kitchigami Regional Library in Wadena, MN. The seminar will include:
- 10:30 – 11:30 am Speaker Cristina Rodriguez from D-CAN: Cristina will be presenting on a Caregiver’s Journey and how to navigate the changes while taking care of yourself.
- 11:30 – 12:20 pm Local Services Spotlights: We will showcase some local services that may benefit caregivers. We will be joined by the Central Minnesota on Council on Aging, Moments Hospice, Thrivent, and Wadena Senior Center. Each will be present briefly about the services that they offer specific to Wadena County.
There is no need to register. Free and open to the public, geared towards caregivers. This will not be available via Zoom.
