D-CAN Fall Caregivers’ Conference 2023 Exhibitor Contract
The D-CAN Caregiver Conference be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at River’s Edge Convention Center in Saint Cloud, MN. Exhibits will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please complete your table set-up between 7:00 – 8:00 am on the Conference date, Thursday, October 26th.
Contract Details
Please carefully read and complete the following information.
Each exhibitor space costs $125 (includes Eventbrite & Paypal fees) and includes: 2 folding chairs, 1 – 8’ table, 1 lunch per registrant/staff member manning your booth, a no-cost listing on D-CAN’s online directory, and one slide promoting your business. The entire conference will be videotaped and archived with post-conference access via www.dcan-mn.org following the event. (Parking is not included. Public parking is available.)
Exhibitor assumes all liability for any loss, damage, or destruction to the property of exhibitor or that of the event location. Central Minnesota Dementia Community Action Network provides no insurance on account of, or for the benefit of, Exhibitors or their exhibits. Exhibitors shall hold harmless Central Minnesota Dementia Community Action Network and D-CAN Caregiver Conference, River’s Edge Convention Center, and any official contractors against any loss, or damages for injury to person or property sustained. This contract binds Exhibitor to the event date, deadlines, and payment in full of space rent. Exhibitor agrees to comply with all state and local laws, as well instructions given by D-CAN Dementia conference staff. Central Minnesota Dementia Community Action Network reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or “no shows.”
