Help those living with dementia
Safely and securely donate to fight dementia in Central Minnesota. Your donation will help pay for scholarships for those unable to pay and help offset charges for referred services like imaging, labs, consultations for cognitive testing, and occupational therapy evaluations.

Central Minnesota Dementia Community Action Network is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity. Donors can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
