Monthly Caregiver Support Group in St. Cloud, MN

D-CAN hosts a caregiver support group in St. Cloud the third Tuesday of each month. Dementia caregivers are invited to come build a support system with people who understand what you are going through. Support groups are for all caregivers, family members, and friends caring for someone with dementia. Come share your concerns, questions, needs, and feelings in a safe environment. D-CAN’s Care Navigator/Dementia Educator, Cristina Rodriguez, CNP, leads the support group, and brings her 20+ years of experience working within the dementia space to help answer your questions.

Time:

10:00 am – 11:00 am on the third Tuesday of the month.
